COUCH POTATO TRIATHLON
Run, Bike, & Swim Into the New Year!
Complete a triathlon in six weeks! Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, run 26.2 miles. What a great way to start the new year by completing this triathlon challenge!
Talk about goals! Completing a triathlon is a great one to add to your list! We know not everyone can complete a triathlon, which is why the Couch Potato is a great start! Gradually complete the triathlon in six weeks, on your own time!

Join us in class! The new year is a great time to find your favorite class at the YMCA! We offer 82 classes weekly and all are free to members!
Classes are scaled to each participant and we are always excited to get newcomers! The support and instruction you get in a group exercise class is the motivation you need in the new year!
