We offer extended workout hours to members for free who want to use our fitness floors after our regular facility hours. Members will enter through our extended-hour entrance. Ask the Welcome Center about adding extended hours access to your membership.

• Including holidays, the weight room and fitness floors will be available all hours except from 12:00 am & 3:00 am, either through the main YMCA entrance or the extended-hour entrance, depending on the holiday. See the holiday hours for times the Y is open.
