TAYTOM TIMBERSTaytom is a graduate of Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte, where he studied Business and Science while competing for two years on the men’s golf team. Originally from Alliance, Nebraska, Taytom has spent over five years in the golf industry and has been teaching the game for the past three years.
Throughout his career, Taytom has had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the game. He is a PGA Associate actively working toward full PGA Membership and has completed multiple certifications in coaching. Taytom has also received direct instruction and mentorship from two of the Top 50 golf coaches in the world.
Over the years, Taytom has worked with more than a hundred golfers—including juniors, beginners, recreational players, and collegiate athletes—helping each player develop their skills and passion for the game. His ultimate goal is to bring people together through golf and grow the game for future generations.

Hello, my name is Caleb. I am a certified personal trainer through the NSCA. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science along with a minor in nutrition at Wayne St. College. I played one year of college football at Morningside College, then went on and played 2 years of semi-professional football with the Nebraska Lawndawgs out of Norfolk, NE. I love playing almost any sport!
I enjoy training a wide variety of people and will make programs, specifically designed for your goals. Whether it's to lose weight, become more athletic, or to just do daily activities, I will be able to help you! Rachel ProppHi, my name is Rachel. I am a certified personal trainer through NCSF. I have 20 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant and 10 plus years experience in the fitness industry teaching fitness classes here at the YMCA. I also just recently graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Hormone Coach.
I love working with all walks of life. My training approach is bio-individual to each individual's needs and goals. I recognize that no two clients are the same and understand the importance of establishing a strong rapport and trust with my client. With compassion and motivation for fitness and health, I like to encourage and challenge my clients to reach their full potential while making the process enjoyable and rewarding.

Rebecca JohnsonHello, my name is Rebecca. I received my Personal Trainer Certification in January 2024. I am from Hastings, born and raised. A graduate of Adams Central, I was involved in many activities and sports in high school including tennis, volleyball, track (100 and 200 meter sprints, long jump, and shot put), cheerleading, and band. I currently work in the healthcare field as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
I was overweight most of my life. Over the years I had attempted to lose weight, but would always end up gaining it back, and then some. On February 28, 2022 I decided to try again. This time it was different. I was at a point in my life where I was ready to make a change for the better. I’ve worked hard to lose 150 lbs in 1 year and 8 months! Now, I find joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you. I can relate to how you feel. I don’t have to try to put myself in your shoes… I have walked in your shoes and I can now help you turn your life around, too.
Helping people move better, gain strength, increase endurance and improve mobility is another passion of mine. I know from personal experience what it’s like to have mobility challenges. My focus is guiding my clients to realize they can improve their function and fitness to make their activities of daily living easier.

Nick FergusonHi, my name is Nick Ferguson. I received my Personal Training Certification in January 2024 & have been with the YMCA since 2023.
I was born and raised in Memphis, Tn/ Denver, Co. I came to Hastings to play Football & run Track & Field at Hastings College back in 2014. I now work full time as a Sales Consultant/ Finance Manager at Hastings Ford and part-time here at the YMCA as a Wellness Attendant/ Personal Trainer.
