Kids in the Kitchen is a curriculum that encourages youth to eat healthier meals and snacks as a result of hands-on cooking experiences. Youth will learn how to prepare simple, healthy foods that they can make for themselves and for family members at home.
Students will also learn how to read a recipe, mix, measure & cut to cook a meal/snack, as well as good food safety practices with each lesson. In addition to the fun hands-on experience for your children, they will also get to take home their very own cooking tools each week! We are excited for kids to use their knowledge and new cooking skills at home!
