In addition to the great benefits of having a corporate membership through the Hastings YMCA, corporates will now be able to schedule FREE wellness checks for their employees!
The YMCA will come to YOUR business or organization and set up our wellness check station! This includes blood pressure monitoring, BMI, weight, and body fat percentages! We will also educate employees on the benefits each individual can take advantage of to increase their healthy lifestyle. Including which free group exercise classes would be best for them to attend, personal training, taking advantage of the free child watch, nutrition seminars, and more! We want to make sure your employees are fully educated on everything they can take advantage of at the YMCA to boost their healthy habits!
The YMCA will come and set up for an hour in the mornings, during the lunch hour, or in the afternoon! You choose the time when booking!
