The Hastings Family YMCA has partnered with CrossFit Resound to host an exciting and unique event in Hastings!

"The Depot" is a start to finish race for teams of 3. A test of endurance, strength, and teamwork with a huge emphasis on outdoor experience! The combination of functional movements and endurance makes the depot challenging yet attainable for people from all athletic backgrounds and levels of fitness.

Who can participate in The Depot?
We believe fitness is for everyone. Whether you're a fitness guru or a total novice, there's a space for you to thrive and challenge yourself at The Depot! Teams just have to have at least 1 female! (Ex: M-M-F, | M-F-F | F-F-F)

This event is named The Depot because it's hosted at CrossFit Resounds location at the repurposed buildings that operated as part of The Naval Ammunition Depot in Hastings from 1942 to 1946, the largest United States World War II naval munitions plant.

Not only will this be a unique event but also in a unique location!
