AFYAP is a water excercise program designed by the Arthritis foundation to provide low impact excercises for persons with various types of arthritis. Many people with other mobility problems, such as individuals who have suffered strokes or injuries, find AFYAP helpful. AFYAP excercises work on range-of-motion and flexibility of joints. Our instructors are under the direction of Arthritis Foundation and YMCA certified management.

We encourage you to try AFYAP. Your next question just might be, "Why didn't I try this a long time ago?"
