This weight loss program is designed to help you lose weight and give you the tools and resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will meet with your Fitness coach on a weekly basis. During your visit, you will weigh-in and discuss your progress and set "SMART" goals. Additional activities are available throughout the program (see below). Participation in these additional activities are strongly encouraged to help inspire your progress throughout your weight loss journey.

January 7 9am Informational Kickoff Presentation
16th Street YMCA Gymnasium
1st Weigh In, FIT test, and program information sharing. (this get together is VERY important to attend. You will learn the various details of the program, set your weekly appointment time with your fitness coach, weigh-in, and complete a initial Fit Test and recieve your weightloss journal. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes for the Fit Test)
January 16-20 Custom time First Week of the Program
Come to your weekly set appointment time. Weigh in will take place at the 18th Street YMCA, consultation room (across from the front desk.)
February 18 10:30am FIT Test Re-challenge
18th Street YMCA aerobics room
March 26 5pm FIT Test Re-challenge
16th Street YMCA gymnasium
March 27-30 Final Consultation Appointment Final measurements will be taken at this time.
March 31 11AM-1PM Last Chance Weigh in
Optional weigh-in opportunity. Come anytime between 11-1pm for final weight (walk ins only)
April 1 9am Finale Banquet
16th Street YMCA Multipurpose Room. Welcome your friends and family to attend and celebrate our journey. Awards and prize recipients will be announced.
Indivdual Member: $90
Non-Member: $215 (YMCA membership included during the program)
MALE & FEMALE DIVISION PRIZES:
1st place - 1 year family membership to the Hastings Family YMCA
2nd place - 6 month family membership to the Hastings Family YMCA
3rd place - 3 month family membership to the Hastings Family YMCA
Awards are based off the total percentage of weight loss.
