6 Week Small Group Training- 2018

Are you needing someone to push you into shape, but don’t want to break the budget? Try our small group personal training. Personal Trainer Katrina, Anna, or Caleb will meet with you individually at the beginning of the program and at the conclusion of the program to take measurements and set goals. Trainers will provide a workout for you twice a week along with 3 to 7 other individuals. Trainers will design workouts by applying your goals while coaching and instructing. You will get to where you want to be for as little as $12 per session. Beginner and intermediate groups are available based off of exercise experience.

Winter Session (18th Street YMCA):  February 19th-March 30th

Beginner: Monday/Wednesday 6:00-6:45pm        OR     Monday/Wednesday 7:00-7:45pm          OR         Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:00am

Intermediate: Monday/Wednesday 6:00-6:45am        OR      Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-6:45pm       OR       Wednesday/Friday 7:00-7:45am

    (4 participants minimum, 8 participants maximum per session)

Cost: Members: $144
         Non-Members: $240
