12 Week Small Group Training- Fall Session

Are you needing someone to push you into shape, but don’t want to break the budget? Try our small group personal training. Personal Trainer’s Anna, Katrina or Caleb will meet with you individually at the beginning of the program, at the six week mark and at the conclusion of the program to take measurements and set goals. Trainers will meet with you twice a week along with 3 to 7 other individuals. Trainers will design sessions by applying your goals while coaching, and instructing you to get you where you want to be for as little as $12 per session.


Fall Session (18th Street YMCA):  September 4th-November 24th

Mornings: Monday/Wednesday 6:00-6:45am    OR         Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-6:45am

Evenings: Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm     OR      Monday/Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm

               Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:15pm

    (4 participants minimum, 8 participants maximum per session)
