Check out these classes on our Fitness Schedule:

SilverSneakers® – Muscular Strength & Range of Movement—Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit—Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch—YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

  Zumba® Aqua Zumba® – Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!

Les Mills Body Attack

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYATTACK™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. 


Land Fitness -

F.I.T.- (Focused Interval Training) This class utilizes cardio, strength training and loads of variety to your workout.  With three different instructors each class will be a unique experience.

Fit Ball – Utilizing a stability ball, this class will help to strengthen the entire core (back & stomach)

Group Cycling- A low-impact group exercise class on specially-built stationary bikes.  Space is limited.  Reserve your bike thru signup sheets available at 16th Front Desk.

H.E.A.T. (High Energy Athletic Training)- Turn up the heat with this intense class.  Lots of variety using step, floor aerobics, and perform strength training with use of a weighted body bar or your own body's resistance.

Minute to Trim It - Two rounds of 15 different stations of weight training and cardio segments.  You will have ne minute at each station to burn as many calories to challenge your body to new heights.

Power Yoga: Sweat producing, muscle building powerful workout, balancing opposing muscles groups, athletes may alleviate pain and injuries

Step- It’s still a favorite.  Instructors will guide you through challenging workouts using the bench.

Total Toning –Tone the entire body with use of hand weights, resistance bands, and stability balls.

Yoga- A rejuvenating class that involves muscle lengthening exercises in a soothing atmosphere. Please note that beginner class is offered on Tuesdays with advanced class on Thursday evenings.

Zumba- A danced-inspired cardio class with infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, with little instructor cueing. It is all about movement, no rhythm required.   


Water Fitness

AFYAP- A program sponsored by the National Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA of the USA. Water exercise specific for people with mild to moderate arthritis and those with other therapeutic needs.

Aqua Fit - Use the water resistance as you dance, jump and move through the water with various tools such as water dumbbells and noodles.   Great to build strength and cardio without stress on the joints.

Soothing Water- Exercise in the relaxing and soothing confines of water. Exercises done in the primarily in the deep end of the pool.

Deep Water - Interval paced aerobic workout in the deep end of the pool. 

Aquacise/Sculpting Water - Build cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your entire body while you work against the water’s resistance.
