More than Exercise

“The YMCA offers me much more than just a place to exercise.  It helps me gain physical, mental, social and emotional skills to be the best version of myself I can be.  I have several areas in which I struggle.  I have a knee replacement, osteoporosis, a stress fracture in my back, and I am recovering from a car accident.  Exercise helps me physically regain and keep my body healthy.  Also, I have bipolar illness and exercise helps me feel less depressed.  The instructors and the members of the y help me feel socially and emotionally better about myself.  So join the YMCA and become the best version of yourself you can be.  This is my challenge to anyone who is looking to join the YMCA. Come and join the fun.”
