celebrate the y event goes down as a success

Just over 500 people enjoyed food, drinks, a silent auction, and live music from The Confidentials, out of Omaha.  The Y puts on the event to be able to socialize with the community and to also help themselves with plenty of donations.

This fun, challenging event is back! Swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles, and run/walk 26.2 miles like that of David Scott (legendary 6-time Ironman World Champion.) Yet, rather than completing these components in 8:01:59, you have six weeks to finish this feat. Registration is only $25. At the completion of race components, hand in your tracking log and receive your hard earned long sleeve t-shirt and wear it with pride!
